BeeX is seeking an HR Operations Intern to be the friendly face of the HR team for day-to-day employee queries. You will help keep HR systems, records and processes running smoothly, reporting to the HR Manager and collaborating with the HR team.

Your role includes supporting onboarding, offboarding, communications, and engagement activities across Singapore and Johor Bahru. You will gain hands-on experience in a deep-tech startup while exploring potential part-time or full-time opportunities in

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing or recently graduated with a diploma/degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
• Genuinely enjoy interacting with people with empathy and discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Click Up or similar tools is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Act as first point of contact for employee HR queries.
• Support planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Help draft internal communications, announcements, and content.
• Assist in gathering employee feedback and tracking follow-up actions.
• Maintain and update employee records and trackers in Click Up.
• Assist onboarding and offboarding: documentation, system access requests, welcome merchandise.
