• Recruitment and Talent Retention: identify talent from the sea of applications and implement ideas to retain star performers.
• Onboarding and Talent Development: assimilate new joiners and transform raw talents into shining stars.
• Performance Management: play a key role in the performance management process.
• Employee Engagement: run programmes/initiatives to ensure employees stay engaged and motivated, and ultimately stay with the organisation.
• Corporate Social Responsibility: contribute to environmental, people and commercial initiatives.
