BeeX is a Singapore-based company building advanced Hovering Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (HAUVs) and providing autonomous robotics solutions for maritime, energy, and defense sectors. The Senior HR Manager will lead HR strategy and services to support rapid growth and governance.

You will partner with management to align workforce plans, performance management, compensation, and employee development. The role demands strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a data-driven approach to HR

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with leadership exposure across multiple HR disciplines.
• Strong experience in employee relations, HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into HR strategies and programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational HR leadership to support BeeX’s growth.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, performance and talent management, and development.
• Develop compensation, benefits, and reward guidelines aligned with market practice.
• Drive employee engagement, culture, and change management initiatives.
• Oversee HR operations across onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
• Ensure legal compliance and governance of HR policies and processes.
• Coach and develop HR team members and leadership across the organisation.
