RMA CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced HR leader to oversee day-to-day HR operations, onboarding, payroll, and shared services. You will partner with managers on manpower planning and lead HR process improvements, while mentoring the HR team to ensure top-notch service delivery.

You will ensure compliance with employment laws, manage employee relations and performance, and drive initiatives for engagement and organisational development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5-7 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, manpower solutions or shared services.
• Experience in high-volume HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, payroll, employee relations and HR operations.
• Good people management, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Able to manage daily HR operations while supporting strategic projects and process improvements.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and shared services, including onboarding, transfers, confirmations, promotions and offboarding.
• Oversee payroll, employee benefits, HR documentation and employee records.
• Handle employee relations, performance management, disciplinary matters and HR policy interpretation.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, statutory requirements and company policies.
• Partner with managers on manpower planning, employee matters and workforce movements.
• Support employee engagement, retention, organisational development and change management initiatives.
• Monitor HR metrics, prepare reports and drive HR process and service improvements.
• Support HR projects, business growth and restructuring initiatives.
• Lead, coach and develop the HR team to ensure effective service delivery.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.
