Job summary

NURTURE LIVING PTE. LTD. based in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR leader to supervise the HR team and manage daily operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance.

You will oversee EP/S Pass, work pass management, and ensure adherence to MOM and PDPA requirements. The role covers governance of IRAS reporting, government grants, training programs and organizational development, with a focus on enhancing efficiency through policies and HRIS usage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–6 years of relevant HR experience.
• Proven experience supervising and managing a team.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment law and MOM requirements.
• Practical knowledge of IR8A / AIS and IR21 / IRAS employment tax matters.
• Strong payroll and CPF knowledge.
• Experience with Info-Tech HRMS / Payroll / Attendance / Leave systems or equivalent.
• Knowledge of EP, S Pass and Work Permit matters.
• Knowledge of WICA and PDPA.
• Experience handling employee relations, disciplinary and termination matters.
• Knowledge of relevant government grants and workforce/training schemes.
• Strong recruitment and manpower planning experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to independently oversee the HR function and provide professional HR advice to Management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR team management and delegation of tasks to ensure timely completion of HR matters.
• Oversee daily HR operations, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
• Manage payroll, CPF, leave, attendance and statutory processing.
• Handle employment tax matters including IRAS reporting and AIS/IR21.
• Ensure compliance with Employment Act, MOM requirements and PDPA.
• Oversee EP/S Pass/Work Permit matters and foreign worker compliance.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary, resignation and termination processes.
• Maintain HR policies, SOPs and internal controls.
• Prepare HR reports covering headcount, turnover and KPIs.
• Identify government grants and workforce schemes and manage grant applications.
• Develop and implement HR policies and processes to improve efficiency and documentation.
• Provide HR advisory support to Management and support organizational development.
