Job summary

Traverse International Pte. Ltd. is hiring an HR professional to manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance and employee relations in Singapore.

The role involves policy development, performance management, and coordination with department heads to ensure workforce effectiveness. The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in HRM or related fields, with knowledge of MOM regulations, CPF contributions and foreign worker rules.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HRM, Business Admin or related field.
• Experience in human resource management, preferably in construction/engineering/manpower services.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment laws, MOM work pass procedures, CPF and foreign worker regulations.
• Experience in payroll, attendance, employee relations and HR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding and staff retention.
• Oversee payroll processing, attendance, leave admin, overtime, claims and records.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and transfers per MOM rules.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, CPF and foreign worker levies.
• Develop and implement HR policies and guidelines.
• Manage performance, training, development and disciplinary matters.
• Coordinate manpower planning with department heads and supervisors.
• Maintain confidential HR documentation and regular HR reports.
• Liaise with authorities, agencies, training providers and external parties.
