Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related discipline.
• 8–12 years of progressive HR experience focusing on Compensation & Benefits.
• Hands-on experience leading annual salary reviews, bonuses and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Compensation & Rewards Strategy and annual salary review, promotions and performance bonus exercises.
• Partner business leaders on job evaluation, grading and compensation proposals and advise on remuneration policies.
