Job summary

Innergy Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Executive, Compensation & Benefits to lead market benchmarking, salary reviews, and incentive programmes across markets.

The role requires 5+ years of C&B experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with benchmarking tools (Mercer, Korn Ferry, WTW). Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors and Power BI would be a plus. You will support governance, integrity of HR data, and collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders on rewards-related matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Compensation & Benefits.
• Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience with benchmarking tools such as Mercer, Korn Ferry, or WTW; SAP SuccessFactors a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support annual compensation activities including salary reviews, budgeting and incentive programmes.
• Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis to ensure competitiveness.
• Assist in maintaining job grading frameworks, salary structures, and reward policies.
• Prepare workforce cost reports, compensation trends and HR metrics for decision-making.
• Partner with HR teams and stakeholders to provide guidance on compensation and benefits.
