Qualifications

• Must have HR degree or related field.
• Strong understanding of local employment legislation.
• Excellent communication with all levels of employees.
• Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Manage HR software system JustLogin and ensure data integrity.
• Assess staffing requirements and support strategic staffing plans.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and employment legislation to managers.
• Administer employee data storage, archival and audit compliance.
• Prepare HR documents including contracts, letters and correspondence.
• Review and improve recruitment processes to attract right-fit candidates.
• Handle work passes applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Conduct orientation and onboarding for new hires.
• Manage off-boarding and exit processes.
• Deliverables for ongoing HR projects and reviews of benefits packages.
• Develop and implement Performance Management and e-Learning systems.
• Train line managers in HR processes and systems.
• Perform any ad-hoc HR duties per compliance and business needs.
