Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage a broad range of human resources functions across Singapore and the Asia Pacific region. The role supports recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement and employer branding initiatives.

You will partner with hiring managers on workforce planning, provide HR advice on policies and performance management, and oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transitions, and offboarding.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Relevant HR generalist experience in a multinational corporation (MNC).
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle management and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of HR generalist functions and employee lifecycle activities across Singapore and the Asia Pacific region.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement and employer branding initiatives.
• Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders on workforce planning, people matters and organisational needs.
• Provide HR advice on policies, employee relations, performance management and organisational changes.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes, including confirmation, transfers, employee movements, HR documentation and offboarding.
• Drive performance management activities, including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration and related communications.
• Review and enhance HR policies, SOPs and workflows to improve efficiency, consistency and compliance.
• Prepare HR reports, analyse data and provide management updates to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with regional HR teams, HRIS, IT and MHI Headquarters in Japan on HR projects, systems improvements and regional initiatives.
• Provide support for compensation and benefits, insurance and other HR operational matters.
