Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support talent attraction and the employee lifecycle in Singapore and the region. You will partner with managers, drive HR processes, and ensure adherence to policies and governance requirements.

The role involves onboarding, performance management, employee development, and collaboration with regional HRIS activities, with a focus on accuracy, timeliness and stakeholder experience.

Qualifications

• Min Degree and above.
• IHRP-CP certification is advantageous.
• Regional exposure is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and employee records.
• Support onboarding, performance management and employee development.
• Provide HR guidance on policies, employee relations and compliance.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management.
• Collaborate with regional HR teams to implement standards.
• Assist with compensation, benefits and insurance related tasks.
