Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a broad-based HR Generalist to support a range of HR functions and employee lifecycle activities in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region. Working closely with the HR team and business stakeholders, the incumbent will provide sound HR advice and deliver practical, timely and well-coordinated HR support in a complex multinational environment.

This is an HR management role that combines operational ownership with strategic contribution.

Qualifications

Min Dip/Deg in HRM or business-related certifications.
At least 3 years of managerial experience.
Must have IHRP certificate.
Able to start work on short notice.

Responsibilities

Contribute to talent attraction, recruitment, onboarding, learning, engagement and organisation development initiatives.
Partner with managers to understand people needs and workforce priorities.
Provide practical HR guidance on policies, employee matters and performance management.
Manage employee queries, concerns and workplace matters in line with policies.
Oversee onboarding, confirmations, transfers, records and offboarding.
Ensure HR data accuracy, compliance and governance alignment.
Drive HR projects and regional initiatives across Singapore and Asia Pacific.
Review workflows, standardise practices and enhance stakeholder experience.
Maintain and update HR policies, guidelines and SOPs.
Prepare HR reports and data analyses for decision-making.
