Payroll
  • Oversee the end-to-end payroll process for all employee ensuring accurate monthly payroll processing and timely CPF submissions
Recruitment
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview arrangements and documents verification
  • Conduct new employee orientation and facilitate the onboarding process
  • Assist with off boarding processes
HR Administration
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and medical documentation
  • Work pass applications / renewals and quota tracking (WP/SP/EP)
  • Responsible for covering reception duties whenever the receptionist is not available
Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Explain company policies, benefits, and procedures to employeesOrganize employee engagement activities such as company events and team building sessions
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business
  • At least 2 years of experience with in-house recruitment
  • Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous, good with prioritizing work and managing deadlines
  • Possess strong interpersonal communication skills
