Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple outlets, partnering with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and deliver hiring outcomes.

You will supervise junior recruiters, monitor KPIs, oversee onboarding, contracts, and lifecycle processes, ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act, and maintain HRIS data while supporting payroll coordination.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR or equivalent with at least 5 years of full spectrum of HR experience.
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within high-volume industries.
• Experience managing recruitment across multiple outlets or business units.
• Prior experience supervising or guiding junior recruiters.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and work pass processes.
• Experience in HR operations including onboarding, lifecycle management, and contract administration.
• Familiarity with HR reporting, manpower planning, and HRIS systems.
