Job summary

Achieve Career Consultant Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an HR Generalist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, develop HR policies, and support compensation and performance processes across regional operations.

The role requires hands-on experience in payroll, salary benchmarking, HRIS, and strong analytical skills to drive employee lifecycle management and HR reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration with 5 years of HR generalist experience.
• Regional environment experience is a plus with hands-on in recruitment, compensation, payroll, HR policies and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of employment practices, HR operations and employee lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
• Develop and maintain HR policies ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Conduct salary benchmarking, compensation reviews, and support increments and promotions.
• Payroll processing for various countries using manual and system methods.
• Coordinate performance management processes: appraisals, calibration and improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities：

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding

• Develop and maintain HR policies while ensuring compliance with employment regulations

• Conduct salary benchmarking, compensation reviews, and support annual increment and promotion exercises

• Payroll processing using both manual and system for various countries

• Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals, calibration, and performance improvement initiatives

• Support HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, HR reporting, and regional HR projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration with5 years of HR generalist experience

• Regional environment will be added advantage , with hands-on experience in recruitment, compensation, salary benchmarking, payroll, HR policies, and performance management.

• Strong knowledge of employment practices, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and HRIS systems, with strong analytical and reporting skills.
