GMP Recruitment Services (S) PTE LTD is seeking a capable HR Generalist for our client in the aerospace sector in Singapore. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for professional, technical and blue-collar roles, and drive campus recruitment and employer branding.

You will also handle payroll processing, compliance with Singapore employment laws, and contribute to learning and development initiatives, job grading, HRMS projects, and HR policy improvements.

Formación

• At least 4 years of generalist HR experience, preferably in aerospace, engineering or manufacturing.
• Experience in blue-collar hiring.
• Hands-on payroll experience and good knowledge of Singapore employment laws.
• Exposure to L&D, job grading and HRMS projects.
