Job summary

SIA HUAT PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a capable HR Generalist to manage the full spectrum of HR functions in Singapore. You will report to the Director of Human Resource and collaborate closely with the HR team to deliver value-added services to management and employees.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, payroll processing and compliance, as well as generating HR reports and implementing engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources related.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Hands-on with Infotech Payroll system is a must.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the orientation for new employees.
• Maintain and update employees' personal files and HR Systems.
• Application, renewal and cancellation of foreign worker passes.
• End to end payroll processing and ensure all payroll payments are in accordance with regulations, including preparation of IR21, IR8A, leave pay and claims.
• Generate adhoc HR reports as necessary.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to create a positive and inclusive work culture.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested or assigned

About you
