Job summary

SANDHU MAN CONTRACTS SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist with construction exposure to manage migrant workforce operations in Singapore.

You will handle MOM portal tasks, housing, payroll, and WICA-related processes while coordinating with project teams to ensure compliance and smooth deployment. The role requires 2–3+ years in HR, strong knowledge of Singapore labour laws, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3+ years of generalist HR experience with hands-on exposure to construction.
• In-depth knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, MOM policies, BCA regulations, and WICA.
• Strong administrative skills and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred work location: West area of Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end foreign worker operations via the MOM portal (WPOL/EPOL) including applications and renewals.
• Coordinate housing, dormitories, welfare, transport allowances and medical check-ups.
• Handle WICA claims, workplace injury reporting, and insurer/MOM coordination.
• Process monthly payroll, overtime, and CPF contributions for a mixed workforce.
• Coordinate safety courses and government training grants, maintain ISO HR documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors on deployment, attendance, grievances and repatriation.
• Monitor and track all employee leave types regularly.

Job Description:

• 1. Oversee end-to-end foreign worker operations via the MOM portal (WPOL/EPOL), including applications, issuances, renewals, cancellations and security bond management for Work Permits, S Passes, and Employment Passes.
• 2. Oversee worker housing arrangements, dormitories check-ins/check-outs, and ensure living conditions comply strictly with MOM and BCA guidelines. Coordinate site worker welfare, transport allowances, and medical check-ups.
• 3. Handle Work Injury Compensation Act (WICA) claims, manage workplace injury reporting, coordinate with insurers, clinics, and MOM, and track medical leave documentation.
• 4. In-charge to process monthly payroll for a mixed workforce, overtime calculations, and CPF contributions.
• 5. Coordinate mandatory construction safety courses (e.g., BCSS, SEC-Core/SEC, or Safety Orientation Courses), apply for relevant government training grants (e.g., SkillsFuture/BCA grants), and maintain ISO-related HR documentation.
• 6. Work closely with project managers and site supervisors to manage deployment, attendance tracking, grievances, disciplinary issues, and repatriation procedures.
• 7. Monitor and track all employee leave types on a regular basis
