ROBIN VILLAGE DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR professional to manage recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations in Singapore. The role supports payroll data, employee records, and welfare programs while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

The successful candidate will coordinate training, handle inquiries, and assist with pass renewals for foreign workers, reporting to Head of HR. This is a hands-on role requiring strong communication and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in HRM, Business, or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of HR or administrative experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to handle site HR matters with guidance.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews for site and office positions.
  • Support onboarding including employment contracts, orientation, and submission of statutory forms (e.g., CPF, work pass applications).
  • Maintain manpower records and track expiry of permits and passes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave records.
  • Support compliance with MOM regulations, WICA, and workplace safety requirements.
  • Assist in handling employee enquiries, disciplinary matters, and grievances in coordination with supervisors.
  • Coordinate training programs such as WSQ courses, safety training, and other skills development initiatives.
  • Maintain training records and ensure mandatory certifications are up to date.
  • Assist in monthly payroll processing by providing attendance and overtime data.
  • Support administration of employee benefits, medical claims, and allowances.
  • Maintain leave records using HRIS or manual systems.
  • Assist in organizing staff engagement activities, welfare programs, and company events.
  • Support foreign workers with accommodation, pass renewals, and transport coordination.

Job description

Requirements
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business, or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of HR or administrative experience, preferably in construction, pre-cast, or heavy industries.
  • Basic knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to handle site HR matters with guidance.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
