Job summary

XUAN YU CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive HR Executive in Singapore's construction industry.

The role covers the full spectrum of HR functions, focusing on compliance with the Singapore Employment Act, immigration-related Work Pass applications, and close coordination with project sites and workers to ensure smooth manpower deployment. The successful candidate will handle WICA matters, liaise with MOM and other authorities, and manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary

Qualifications

• Familiar with the Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
• Relevant HR experience in the Singapore construction industry.
• Ability to handle a full spectrum of HR functions.

Responsibilities

• Handle work injury and compensation matters (WICA), documentation, reporting, and coordination with relevant parties.
• Manage work pass-related matters (Work Permit, S Pass, Employment Pass) and MOM submissions.
• Coordinate with project sites, sites management teams, supervisors, and workers on manpower deployment, attendance, leave, accommodation, and HR matters.
• Liaise with MOM, insurers, clinics/hospitals, dormitories, training centres and other authorities or service providers as required.
• Handle workers' feedback, grievances and disciplinary matters in a professional manner.

• Familiar with the Singapore Employment Act and relevant MOM regulations and requirements.
• Relevant HR experience in the Singapore construction industry, with the ability to handle a full spectrum of HR functions.
• Experience in handling work injury and compensation matters, including WICA-related cases, documentation, reporting, and coordination with relevant parties.
• Handle all work pass-related matters, including Work Permit, S Pass and Employment Pass applications, renewals, cancellations, transfers, and other MOM-related submissions.
• Able to communicate effectively with multi-national workers, including handling day-to-day HR and employment-related matters.
• Responsible for work pass applications and ensuring workers' employment documents and records are properly maintained and compliant.
• Handle workers' feedback, grievances, disciplinary matters, and employment-related enquiries professionally.
• Coordinate closely with project sites, site management teams, supervisors, and workers regarding manpower deployment, attendance, leave, accommodation, documentation, and other HR matters.
• Liaise with MOM, insurers, clinics/hospitals, dormitories, training centres, and other relevant authorities or service providers when required.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently manage HR matters involving foreign workers.
