Job summary

• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Qualification in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
• Experience in Workday is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment law and governance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent management and leadership development frameworks.
• Lead performance management enhancements and calibration activities.
• Review service schemes, job families and progression frameworks.
• Support compensation design and annual salary reviews.
• Develop learning frameworks, annual plans and manage budgets.
