Job summary

Enterprise Singapore is seeking a self‑motivated (Senior) Development Partner to drive human capital and leadership transformation for Singapore enterprises. You will work with enterprise leaders, CHROs, government agencies and industry partners to shape programmes, policies and capability building that attract, develop and retain talent.

The role blends enterprise engagement with policy development, stakeholder management, data insights and ecosystem building to influence national human capital

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in human capital or workforce development, HR consulting, leadership development, organizational development, talent management, public policy or programme management, strategy or management consulting.
• Experience engaging with senior leaders (CEOs, CHROs) and managing cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving, structured thinking and ownership mindset.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise Engagement & Advisory: engage enterprises to understand human capital needs and co‑develop solutions.
• Programme Development & Management: design and manage leadership initiatives and governance.
• Research, Data & Insights: analyse workforce data and translate insights into recommendations.
• Ecosystem Building & Stakeholder Management: build partnerships across agencies and industry.
