Job summary

Accountant-General's Department (Singapore) invites experienced HR professionals to join its Human Capital Management Directorate. You will partner with senior management to drive leadership development and capability initiatives across the public sector finance function.

The role focuses on policies, performance, and HR digital transformation, requiring 2–5 years in HR, familiarity with civil service guidelines, and proficiency with LMS and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource, Psychology, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• 2-5 years of relevant HR work experience.
• Prior experience with learning management systems and data analysis tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Leadership development initiatives including 360-degree feedback, coaching, mentoring and milestone programmes.
• Evaluate and update learning and development policies to align with goals.
• Manage learning and development operations including course registrations and nominations.
• Support the annual ranking and promotion cycle, target-setting and evaluation.
• Review and manage workplace conduct policies and processes.
• Implement changes to conduct policies and programmes and partner with management to develop capabilities.
