Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–6 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, HR best practices, and payroll administration.
• Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR strategy.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and retention strategies for all staff levels.
• Manage payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems for accuracy and compliance.
• Lead performance management processes, appraisals, and career development initiatives.
• Provide guidance on employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations.
• Manage HR metrics and reporting to support decision-making.
• Coach and mentor the HR team and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Support organizational development, change management, and employee engagement programs.
