Job summary

You will partner with line divisions to align HR strategies with business goals, offering expert guidance on recruitment, performance, and talent management while driving organizational change and workforce planning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of relevant HR experience in HR functions.
• Strong stakeholders' management skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage line divisions and develop a close partnership to effectively support their business needs.
• Provide HR strategic advice and solutions to line divisions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, talent management, rewards and guidance on HR policies, processes and initiatives.
• Play an active role in organisational change initiatives including workforce planning, talent acquisition strategies and development programmes.
• Collaborate with HR centres of excellence (e.g. Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits) to deliver integrated HR solutions to line divisions.
