Job summary

SUNLAND (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Generalist to manage payroll systems, statutory filings, safety compliance, and worker support in Singapore. The role includes handling HR policy reviews, training grants, and collaboration with training vendors for external programs.

You will also produce HR management reports and support additional HR initiatives and daily operations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain computer and payroll systems alongside IRAS, IR21, WICA, security bond and Insurance Premiums processes.
• Handle WPOL, EPOL, IMM and MOM related issues.
• Uphold safety rules and review safety breaches of workers.
• Attend to and manage worker needs, complaints, and feedback daily as required.
• Assist in training grants applications and liaise with training vendors for external programs.
• Review and enhance HR Policies & Procedures/SOP to ensure statutory compliance.
• Assist in driving/implementing new HR initiatives.
• Prepare HR Management Reports.
• Support ad-hoc HR related tasks as needed.
