Job summary

SUN ACE KAKOH (PTE.) LTD. in Singapore is seeking an HR professional to manage end-to-end human resources functions, including recruitment, work pass processing, payroll, employee relations, training coordination, and HR reporting.

The role requires a diploma or degree in HR or related field, at least 3 years of HR experience, knowledge of MOM regulations, and strong communication skills to support policy awareness and confidential operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF Act, and MOM regulations.
• Experience in payroll processing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and onboarding processes.
• Process Work Permit, S Pass, and Employment Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations under MOM regulations.
• Execute monthly payroll processing and prepare statutory submissions such as CPF and IRAS accurately.
• Administer employee leave, medical, and dental claims and maintain benefits records.
• Organize employee training sessions, manage course registrations, and maintain training records.
• Monitor employee confirmation, contract renewals, and disciplinary actions per HR policies.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with confidentiality.
• Prepare monthly HR and headcount reports to support management decisions.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits with clear communication.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and company events to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Perform general HR and administrative duties to support HR operations.
