Job summary

Sunray Woodcraft Construction Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an HR Admin professional to support payroll, attendance, leave processing and records management. You will handle work permit applications, onboarding and offboarding, passport expiry monitoring and government grant applications, and ensure accurate data entry.

The role includes maintaining HR and admin documentation, assisting talent sourcing, and providing cross-functional support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Carries out work permit application, renewal and cancellation of foreign workers in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company software and profile management
• Responsible for maintaining HR/ Admin documentation including data entry, filing etc
• Handles on-boarding of workers including offer letter, bank opening, update their detail into system and personal files
• Handles off-boarding of workers including exit clearance
• Checking through workers attendance, update of leave application etc before processing payroll
• Preparation of payroll and costing report
• Apply government grant
• Constantly monitoring of workers passport expiry; CSOC expiry and renew accordingly
• Follows up on foreign worker performance appraisals and updates accordingly
• Check and submit employees' leave and insurance claim
• Solve in-app issue and monitor for further improvement
• Assist external talent sourcing and hiring for the entities assigned
• Provide support across the HR functions and any other duties as assigned.
