Job summary

swift search global pte. ltd. seeks an experienced Human Resources professional to oversee key human capital initiatives across the organisation.

You will work with department heads and senior management on workforce planning, compensation structures, HR governance, compliance and continuous improvement of HR processes. The role focuses on strategic and operational HR, including policy enhancement, payroll and HRIS adoption, and alignment with regulatory requirements, while driving efficiency

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in HR or related discipline.
• 8+ years of HR/HC experience, both strategic and operational.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS and AI-enabled HR tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop workforce planning strategies to support manpower needs.
• Partner with department heads to establish annual manpower budgets.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Review and enhance job grading frameworks, salary structures and compensation practices.
• Review and improve HR policies in line with requirements and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment law and HR regulations.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and systems.
• Collaborate with senior management on workforce and human capital matters.
• Support adoption of HRIS, digital HR solutions and AI-enabled tools.
• Participate in HR transformation initiatives and projects.
