Job summary

CapitaLand Investment Limited seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to support the Private Funds business and International platform across the US, UK, Korea, Japan and the Middle East, coordinating with senior HRBPs and country teams. The role emphasizes data accuracy, analytics and timely follow-up, with potential travel to support local HR needs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of HR generalist, HR operations or HR business partnering experience, preferably in a regional or matrix environment.
• Good understanding of core HR processes, including compensation, performance management, talent review and promotions.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to manage, reconcile and analyse HR data accurately.
• Meticulous, organised, analytical and able to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders across countries.

Responsibilities

• HR Business Partnering Support senior HRBPs on day-to-day HR matters, employee engagement, organisation updates, workforce requests and routine employee or manager queries.
• Compensation, Performance Management Support annual and off-cycle compensation processes, including salary increments, variable compensation, promotions and reward submissions.
• Talent Review & Succession Planning Support annual talent review and succession planning by consolidating talent data, succession inputs, calibration outcomes and development follow-ups.
• Data Consolidation, Analytics & Reporting Consolidate HR data across business units and international markets for compensation, performance, talent and promotion processes.
• Partner country HR teams on operational HR matters, process coordination and regional HR project support.
