Job summary

Kerry Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to work closely with senior business leaders in shaping the people agenda and enabling business performance. You will provide HR advisory and solutions across performance management, talent and succession, leadership development and annual compensation reviews, employee relations and engagement.

Qualifications

Experienced HR Business Partner with a demonstrated track record gained within banking or financial services and significant experience working with senior business leaders.
Commercially astute with sound judgement and able to navigate complex talent and employee matters.
Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills, together with a hands-on approach and the ability to balance immediate business needs with broader organisational priorities.

Responsibilities

Provide HR advisory and solutions across performance management, talent and succession, leadership development, annual compensation reviews, employee relations and engagement.
Strengthen organisational and workforce capabilities, develop critical talent and translate business priorities into effective people solutions.
Play an active role in transformation and change initiatives, collaborating with the wider HR team and Centres of Excellence to deliver key people and organisational priorities.
