Job summary

You will partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into workforce and people strategies, coach leaders, and oversee enterprise-wide initiatives across talent, employee relations and workforce

Qualifications

• At least 20 years of HR experience with significant leadership in HR Business Partnering within a large organisation.
• Strong leadership with a track record of guiding high-performing teams and partnering senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners, setting the strategic direction for HR partnering.
• Partner with senior leadership to translate priorities into effective workforce and people strategies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on talent, employee engagement, employee relations and workforce planning.
• Drive enterprise-wide initiatives across talent acquisition, career development, job redesign and resource optimisation, coaching leaders to own their people agenda.
