You will own systems, data, payroll, governance and service standards, partnering with external providers and internal leaders to deliver a best-in-class employee experience.

• Strong track record with HR systems, data, payroll and vendor management.
• Ability to design operating models and scalable processes for a growing global workforce.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the global HR Operations function, covering systems, data/analytics, payroll, lifecycle processes and governance.
• Design operating model, scalable processes, and governance to support a growing international workforce.
• Manage external partners including payroll and other HR service providers while maintaining SLAs and KPIs.
