RECRUIT EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR cum Admin Senior Executive in Singapore to support full HR operations, including work pass administration, MOM compliance, recruitment support, and day-to-day HR and admin functions.

The role covers payroll liaison, employee data management, benefits, and payroll queries, with 5-day work weeks and a Jurong East location. A professional with 3–5 years of HR experience and IHRP-CP certification will fit well.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• IHRP-CP (Certified Professional) certification is required.
• 3–5 years of hands-on HR experience, with work pass filings experience.
• Strong knowledge of MOM regulations and the Employment Act.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Unit4) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training and development.
• Coordinate payroll data with outsourced vendor; address payroll queries.
• Manage employee data, leaves, benefits, and medical claims.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations via MOM portals.
• Assist in reviewing HR policies and generate HR reports and statistics.
• Provide general office administration support.
