RECRUIT EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. is assisting a well-established Japanese MNC in the EPC sector to recruit an HR cum Admin Senior Executive in Singapore.

The role covers end-to-end HR operations, including work pass administration, payroll liaison, recruitment support, and day-to-day HR and admin tasks. The position requires a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and IHRP-CP certification, with 3–5 years of relevant experience and strong MOM regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience with hands-on workpass handling.
• Strong knowledge of MOM regulations and Employment Act.
• Experience filing workpass applications is required.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll processes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support full HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and development.
• Coordinate with payroll vendor; verify payroll data and address queries.
• Manage employee data, leave, benefits, and medical claims.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations via MOM portals.
• Ensure MOM compliance and Employment Act adherence; review HR policies.
