Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an HR Operations Administrator to support a full spectrum of HR processes. You will manage employee records, onboarding and offboarding, as well as leave and attendance administration.

You will also handle monthly payroll processing, ensure CPF and MOM statutory submissions, maintain HR documentation, and address queries on payroll, benefits, and policies. The role also covers work pass applications and coordinating work passes.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations, onboarding, offboarding, and payroll administration.
• Familiarity with CPF, IR8A, SDL and MOM regulations.
• Ability to prepare HR reports and support audits.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of HR operations including employee records, onboarding, offboarding, leave and attendance administration.
• Manage monthly payroll processing, including salary calculation, overtime, allowances, deductions and statutory contributions.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of CPF, IR8A, SDL, FWL and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee information and HR documentation in accordance with company policies and Singapore employment regulations.
• Handle employee queries relating to payroll, benefits, leave and HR policies.
• Support recruitment activities including job postings, interview coordination and onboarding of new hires.
• Assist with work pass applications, renewals and other MOM-related matters where required.
• Coordinate employee benefits, insurance, medical claims and other HR welfare matters.
• Support performance management, training and employee engagement activities.
• Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support for audits and other HR projects.
