EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a diligent HR Administrator to maintain employee records, manage work passes, and support payroll processes in a busy environment.

You will handle recruitment liaising with agencies, prepare HR letters, assist with training programs, and coordinate staff events. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm at Tuas with company transport provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR Management or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Good knowledge of employment laws and best practices and well-versed in MS Office

Responsabilités

• Maintain and upkeep employee records and ensure confidentiality.
• Work passes applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Update TMS reports and overtime requisitions for payroll.
• Track confirmations and ensure timely appraisals.
• Prepare HR letters (contracts, confirmation, increments, promotions).
• Recruitment liaising with external agencies.
• Prepare and submit HR reports monthly or as needed.
• Source training programs and liaise with trainers and institutions.
• Organise company functions and staff welfare activities.
• Collaborate with HR Manager and departments on HR needs.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.
