Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an HR administrator to handle employment contracts, work pass applications, and staff-related documentation in Singapore. The role includes advising on leave balances and coordinating with Payroll for final payments and work pass cancellations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of HR experience and a degree in HR or a related discipline, and will maintain accurate monthly employee records while providing professional HR support to staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare employment contracts and collect employment documents for work pass applications.
• Arrange staff passes, pre-employment medical checks, and attire for new hires.
• Advise employees on leave balances and liaise with Payroll for final payments and work pass cancellation.
• Address and resolve employment-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Update and maintain employee data monthly for accuracy and compliance.
• Perform other HR administrative tasks to support the business and staff needs.
