Job summary

Micron Technology Singapore is seeking a senior leader to drive Media Health Manufacturing for the latest HBM products. You will lead a high-performing team and partner with Fab, Design and Technology Development to optimize test coverage, validation, and yield improvements.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, root-cause analysis, and strategic decision making with global travel to the US, Taiwan and Japan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with 8+ years in semiconductors.
• Strong leadership and technical problem-solving with root-cause analysis.
• Knowledge of statistics, data analysis tools and scripting.
• Flexible and adaptable, leading teams and technical programs.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willing to work on site in Singapore with international travel to US, Taiwan and Japan.

Responsibilities

• Optimized test coverage across current and future HBM architectures and process nodes.
• Develop, validate, characterize, and qualify next-generation HBM products.
• Support design verification and circuit analysis using CAD tools and Verilog simulations.
• Improve test yields, reduce testing time, and resolve yield-related issues.
• Root cause analysis and resolution of manufacturing test flow issues, QUAL and RMA devices.
• Promote innovation and drive competitive technical advantage.
• Mentor and develop team members; foster collaboration.
• Develop project management skills within the team and ensure timely delivery.
• Make technical decisions on risk analysis and project prioritization.
• Collaborate with Fab, HBM Technology Development, HBM Design, System Development, and QA/ Reliability teams.
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency.
