Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a Senior Manager for HIG HBM Product System Engineering in the Media Health Manufacturing domain. You will lead a high-performing team to drive test coverage, product development, validation, and cross-functional collaboration across Fab, Design, and Quality teams to ensure market-ready HBM products.

You will shepherd design verification, CAD/Verilog-based analysis, and yield improvement initiatives while promoting AI-driven innovations to optimize cost, cycle time,

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters Electrical and Electronics Engineering Degree with 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Micron Product Engineering experience is preferred.

• Optimized Test Coverage on current and future HIG HBM design architectures and process nodes to maintain effectiveness in high-volume manufacturing.
