Job summary

Micron Memory Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Singapore seeks an Engineer for HIG-HBM Product System & Engineering to drive media health manufacturing initiatives. You will own test coverage, support design validation, and work across Fab, Design, and QA teams to deliver reliable HBM products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Experience in semiconductor devices, circuit design, or product validation is a plus.
• Familiarity with CMOS technology, DRAM architecture, and basic device physics.
• Experience with data analysis and scripting (Python/JMP).
• Strong communication in English and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Optimize test coverage for current and future HIG HBM designs and process nodes.
• Develop, validate, characterize, and qualify Micron’s HBM products.
• Support design verification using CAD tools and Verilog simulations.
• Improve yield and reduce test time; address device and RMA issues.
• Mentor and develop team members; collaborate cross-functionally with Fab, Design, and QA teams.
