Job summary

Far East Hospitality Management (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior / Guest Service Assistant for the Orchard Cluster to ensure efficient baggage handling, transport assistance, and courteous guest service. You will support the team with enquiries, arrivals and departures, and upsell opportunities to maximise room revenue.

Responsibilities include assisting guests, collaborating with Concierge and Reception, and maintaining guest information and promotional materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent; hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly and service-oriented, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player who can work closely with Front Office and other hotel departments.
• Neat and professional appearance with a positive work attitude.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Maintain and manage stock of promotional materials for daily operations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors, carrying them out diligently and professionally.
