Job summary

The ideal candidate will build rapport with short- and long-stay guests, make courtesy calls, and ensure smooth baggage and transport support, along with handling

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous services to guests and respond efficiently and tactfully to guests' complaints, requests and enquiries
• Liaise closely with Concierge, Reception and Front Office cashier on guests' arrivals and departures
• Establish contacts with house guests/long staying guests and render assistance as necessary
• Make courtesy calls to guests
• Prepare and keep stock of promotional materials for daily operations
• Ensure efficient and courteous services in baggage, transport handling and general enquiries
