Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, Chemistry or related field.
• 5 years in Semiconductor Device Physics, DRAM operations, wafer fabrication, parametric/electrical test and probe yield.
• 3 years in DRAM High Performance Memory, BEOL integration, advanced packaging and layout.
• Strong data analysis, troubleshooting, problem solving and reporting abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote worldwide synergy via global project management and execution to improve benchmark performance.
• Define strategies to develop Packaging Tech and front-end manufacturing interactions ahead of product qualification.
• Lead the PI Loop taskforce to address yield and quality challenges and optimize process flow.
• Maintain domain knowledge, explore innovations, and communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Travel to Micron Fab locations as needed and drive AI/digital transformation initiatives.
