Qualifications

• Requires 7+ years in a semiconductor process role.
• Degrees in EE, Materials, Physics or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of DRAM/NAND processes and yield drivers.

Responsibilities

• Drive best-in-class product maturity (yield, repair density, DPM) across FE/BE processes.
• Collaborate with YE, Device, RDA, Metrology teams to resolve top yield issues.
• Identify best-known-method and drive alignment across Micron network.
• Travel to Micron sites for face-to-face collaboration.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and quality.
