Qualifications

Requirement includes a Bachelor/Master/PhD in EE, Materials Engineering, Materials Science, Physics or Chemical Engineering.
Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and AI literacy to use AI-enabled tools responsibly for research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving, and operations.
Strong ownership, grit and determination to drive results.
Solid understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes, yield drivers, and device reliability.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership to drive best-in-class yield ramping for HBM products.
Develop strategic process integration tools, systems, methodologies and roadmaps to meet business objectives.
Lead and mentor teams; ensure progress reviews and accountability; establish training plans and career development.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with teams across Japan, Taiwan, Singapore and the US to achieve product milestones.
Integrate AI-enabled insights into daily work to improve efficiency and quality; promote AI literacy.
