Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. Singapore is seeking a Frontend Central PIE Senior Engineer to drive best-in-class process maturity across FEOL/MOL/CELL/BEOL with emphasis on yield and device reliability. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with YE, Device, RDA and Metrology, analyze complex data, and implement AI-enabled improvements to shorten learning cycles.

Travel to Micron sites is required. The role requires a strong background in semiconductor fabrication, data-driven problem solving,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a process-related role in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong knowledge of DRAM/NAND fabrication and yield impact.
• Ability to perform data-driven analysis and root-cause investigation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel to Micron sites.

Responsibilities

• Drive best-in-class product maturity including yield and repair density at speed.
• Identify optimum process integration across FEOL, MOL, CELL and BEOL.
• Collaborate with YE, Device, RDA and Metrology to resolve yield issues.
• Standardize best-known-methods across DRAM/NAND network.
• Travel to Micron sites for face-to-face collaboration.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools into daily work and ensure compliance.
• Support continuous improvement by sharing AI-enabled enhancements.
