Qualifications

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues from deployments and performance tuning.
• Own engagements from diagnosis through resolution with customers.
• Create and test custom scripts and integrations for customer environments.
• Collaborate with engineering on deeper product issues and root cause analysis.
• Identify early signals and coach customer teams for quick adoption.
• Share learnings with product and engineering to influence roadmaps.
