Qualifications

• 5+ years building software, including troubleshooting with customers or live production environments.
• Able to navigate large codebases and contribute fixes via code reviews.
• Experience building narrow, purpose-built scripts and integrations quickly.
• Comfortable leading technical conversations with customers during live troubleshooting.
• Proficient in translating root causes to non-engineers.
• Familiar with AI coding assistants to accelerate delivery.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical pain points from deployment to performance tuning with customers.
• Own engagements from diagnosis to resolution, coordinating with account teams.
• Access and explore Incydr codebase and deployment tooling to implement fixes.
• Build and troubleshoot customer-specific scripts and integrations, using AI tools.
• Collaborate with engineering to provide detailed repro steps and root cause hypotheses.
• Spot early signals and flag issues before they impact customers.
• Coach customer teams through training and documentation for self-sufficiency.
• Contribute learnings to product and engineering roadmaps.
