Job summary

Singapore Telecommunications Limited is expanding its RE:AI Forward Deployed Engineering function within Customer Success. Engineers work embedded with customers—from proof-of-concept to live pilot deployment—and turn prototypes into production-ready solutions.

You will write code, build agents and applications, and ensure security reviews are satisfied, across multiple customers and industries using RE:AI's Model Gateway, MaaS catalog and GPU-as-a-Service platform.

Qualifications

• Shipping production-ready systems from prototype to deployment.
• Hands-on building of agentic systems and applications.
• Familiarity with LLM-based coding tools and safety hardening.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sale technical work with Customer Success and Sales to scope needs and build a proof-of-concept.
• Productize prototypes with real error handling, access control, and cost discipline.
• Build working agentic systems and applications against RE:AI Model Gateway and catalog.
• Run pilots end-to-end including integration with customer data and security reviews.
• Contribute reusable patterns from multiple pilots back into pre-sale and delivery tooling.
• Be customer-facing in technical conversations with customer engineers and executives.
